Spencer Dock's distinctive offices and luxurious apartments are Ireland's most ambitious regeneration project.

The National Conference Centre designed by award winning architect Kevin Roche will accommodate 2,000+ people and will include a new Shay Cleary Architect designed 5 star hotel.

Along with leisure and shopping amenities, Spencer Dock will include 2.5 acres of open green space known as Central Square - this will be the centrepiece of the entire scheme.
