Treasury Holdings Appoints Estate Director for the Spencer Dock Development

Treasury Holdings, one of Ireland’s largest and most successful property development companies has announced the appointment of Dan Boyd as Estate Director of the Spencer Dock Development. Boyd will be responsible for managing the rapid growth of the 53-acre development, which will see the introduction of six million square foot of office, residential, service and leisure space.

Spencer Dock is the biggest and most ambitious urban regeneration project in Ireland’s history. It will be home to the National Conference Centre, which will include a 2,000-seat auditorium, two 450-seat multi-media halls, exhibition spaces, conference and meeting facilities. The site will also house a five star hotel and 2.5 acres of parkland.

Boyd brings a wealth of experience to his new role having worked extensively in property management at national and international level. He joins Spencer Dock from Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre (2001-2006) where he was Centre Director since January 2001. Prior to that, he held various senior management positions both at Blanchardstown Shopping Centre (1997-2001) and 18,000 seater Civic Arena (1993-1997), in his native city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
