Spencer Dock Retail Launch

IRELAND rugby players Shane Morgan and Malcolm O'Kelly lent their support to the launch of 13 new retail units developed by Treasury Holdings at Spencer Dock on Friday last. The new units are situated right between Dublin's new Convention Centre and 600 luxury apartments at Spencer Dock in one of Dublin Dockland's busiest locations. Rents range from €430 to €538 per sqm.

Over 13,000 people already live within a 15 minute walk of the new shops.
